Goats milk is wonderful for people with dry or sensitive skin. Even skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis can benefit from it.

It contains alpha hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which help remove dead skin cells leaving skin fresher and younger looking, and who doesn’t need that right? Well unless you are a teenager yet, which I am definately not, lol!
Goats milk also contains many vitamins, particularly Vitamin A, which is necessary to repair damaged skin tissue and maintain healthy skin. There are many medical studies showing that creams made with vitamin A reduce lines and wrinkles, control acne and provide some psoriasis relief.
Goats milk is also full of cream. Fat molecules are essential to make good soap. They help boost the moisturizing quality of the soap, and thirsty skin loves it!
The PH level of goats milk is very close to our own skin, making it a very gentle product to use, and making it easier for the skin to absorb all the benefits it offers. One of my clients was in an accident and was burned badly. He asked me if there was a gentle soap that was non irritating, and not drying. I formulated a soap with goats milk, and lavender oil as the key ingredients. He said it works wonderfully for him! It doesn’t leave his scarred skin tight and irritated like other soaps do! That to me is successful proof that goats milk is good stuff!
